So, from the world of Hollywood comes word that the competing lives of Mafia rivals Frank Costello and Vito Genovese, who happen to be the subjects of my two books “Top Hoodlum” and “The Deadly Don,” will be a major motion picture featuring Robert DeNiro playing both men with screenplay by author Nick Pileggi. Should breathe new life into their stories and the books.
